Computer Classes at SOW [Servants of the Word] Bible College

The computers were all up and running and Steven got the room all ready for class Monday.

The projector and tablet are ready for "Introduction to
Computers" (displaying on the wall).

Here are 14 students eager to learn about computers.  The majority of them have never touched a computer.  They are pastors and teachers from Gambia, Senegal (French speaking), Guinea Bissau (Portuguese,) Sierra Leone, and I think one from Nigeria.

Steven does an outstanding job of motivating and inspiring them.  He has them come at 4 for praise and devotions.

Computer classes run from 5 to 8 p.m. every Monday and Tuesday in August.  Dick decided to bring back one computer each night to troubleshoot any issues.  Here, he is watching a video on my tablet to discern how to get out a dead BIOS battery from one of the machines so we can try to replace it.

Yesterday my lesson plans had to be scrapped because we could not get the internet, but the students got lots of time on the laptops and were all helping and encouraging one another, which was a wonderful thing to see!
